8 And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.

9 Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

11 A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed.

12 For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.
​
13 In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession.
​
14 And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbour, or buyest ought of thy neighbour's hand, ye shall not oppress one another:
​
15 According to the number of years after the jubile thou shalt buy of thy neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto thee:
​
16 According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits doth he sell unto thee.

17 Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God:for I am the Lord your God.
​
18 Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.
​
19 And the land shall yield her fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.
​
20 And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:
​
21 Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.
​
22 And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store.
​
23 The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine, for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.
​
24 And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.
​
25 If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.
​
26 And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;
​
27 Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession.
​
28 But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.
​
29 And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; within a full year may he redeem it.
​
30 And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.
​
31 But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile.
​
32 Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.
​
33 And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.
​
34 But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.
​
35 And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.
​
36 Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.
​
37 Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.
​
38 I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.
​
39 And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant:
​
40 But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee unto the year of jubile.
​
41 And then shall he depart from thee, both he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.
​
42 For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.
​
43 Thou shalt not rule over him with rigour; but shalt fear thy God.
​
44 Both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which thou shalt have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.
​
45 Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they begat in your land: and they shall be your possession.
​
46 And ye shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another with rigour.
​
47 And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by thee, and thy brother that dwelleth by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner by thee, or to the stock of the stranger's family:
​
48 After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him:
​
49 Either his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may redeem himself.
​
50 And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him.
​
51 If there be yet many years behind, according unto them he shall give again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.
The word "jubilee" comes from the book of Leviticus in the Hebrew Bible, known in Christianity as the Old Testament.

Jubilee is an English variation of the Hebrew word jobel, which means "ram's horn," the curved horn used as a trumpet to signal the year of the Jubilee

The Jubilee year, the Bible explains, was to be a year of rest, including the forgiveness of all debts, and the liberation of slaves and servants to their native lands.

Decision not to proceed against King of Scotland by Edinburgh Procurator Fiscal
On September 4, 2017, immediately after receiving JAH/Christ and Stephen Crielly’s “Minutes of Notice”, the Procurator Fiscal decided not to proceed with the case against them. The Minutes of Notice were hand delivered on September 4th, and the letter of not proceeding was issued September 4th. It went out in that day’s mail. Crielly and JAH received the letter in the morning post on September 5th.

According to JAH/Christ, the information available to them at this time as mentioned in the Procurator Fiscal’s letter, are facts they simply cannot refute or win against. Scots are going about a battle against the corrupt beast system incorrectly. They wrongly think “Common Law”, the “Magna Carta” or the “Declaration of Abroath” are going to help them; but it is God Who will help them if they obey Him. They must bring Him and His Law, The Law, into the Courts. And until they do so, God will not help them.

He said that the ultimate and simple way for the Scots to gain their independence from Westminster is not by a political referendum, which would be rigged again, but by Challenging the Jurisdiction and Sovereignty of the Crown in Court in the first place. Elizabeth 2 has never been the rightful or lawful monarch on the British Throne of David; and she has committed treason against the entire United Kingdom. All this is outlined in the Challenge Document available on JforJustice.net. If Scots would use it en masse, the system would fall.

And most importantly, the Scots should return the real Throne of David, the Stone of Destiny, to Christ, so that He can declare the Biblical Jubilee and begin to build God’s Kingdom on Earth.

Background to the case and a summary of the recent happenings are as follows:-
In mid July, JAH and Crielly were notified that their first hearing, or first diet, had been set for August 15, 2017. The Procurator Fiscal sent JAH and Crielly their “Uncontroversial Evidence” at this time. JAH received it through the letterbox on July 13; however the actual document was undated. Crielly received his a few days later. The Procurator Fiscal’s “Uncontroversial Evidence” stated that JAH and Crielly had seven days to refute the evidence listed; and if they failed to do so, the evidence would be considered as fact at the hearing on August 15th.

Crielly sent a refutation of the Procurator Fiscal’s “Uncontroversial Evidence”, stating that it was based on fraudulent legislation by a fraudulent crown. Later, JAH sent a “Refutation of the Charge” to the Procurator Fiscal and Sheriff by registered mail. It was previously posted on the King of Scotland webpage available for all to read.
On September 1, 2017, and using the same approach, Crielly sent his own “Uncontroversial Evidence” to the Procurator Fiscal by registered mail, giving them seven days to refute it; and if they failed to do so, then it would be considered as fact at the hearing on August 15th. The Procurator Fiscal failed to respond.

On August 15, 2017, Crielly and JAH went before Sheriff N. McFadyen at Edinburgh Sheriff Court for their first diet, in which it was expected for them to put in a plea of guilty or not guilty. Neither pleaded, as they were challenging the jurisdiction and sovereignty of the Crown and thus also the Court. The renowned English jurist Sir William Blackstone famously stated, “No enactment of man can be considered law unless it conforms to the law of God.”
All of The Law references quoted are copied from the Sovereign’s Bible (Exhibit 2) upon which Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Battenberg’s Coronation Oath (Exhibit 1) was sworn (all emphasis mine), containing God’s Law that she swore to maintain to the utmost of her power. It is a special large print and specially bound edition of the king James Authorised Version (1611) of the Holy Bible, that she placed her right hand upon, swore the Coronation Oath upon and then kissed, before she signed the Coronation Oath (Exhibit 1).

Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Battenberg is therefore not only massively in breach of contract, but also massively in breach of The Law, and thus is not only NOT the Lawful Sovereign, never has been, and thus has NO jurisdiction to prosecute me, but is also a criminal, guilty of capital crimes, that carry the death-penalty, according to The Law she swore to maintain to the utmost of her power. That Perfect Royal Law of Liberty was given by God to the British-Israel peoples to protect the British-Israel peoples from exploitation, oppression, poverty and harm, and which God has warned the British-Israel peoples to return to, with dire consequences for failure to do so. Her obscene wealth and that of her relatives, cronies and accomplices must be seized and shared out amongst the poor and homeless.
Malachi 4:1 For, behold, the Day cometh, that shall burn like an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave of them neither root nor branch (nothing).
4:2 But unto you that fear My name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
4:3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in The Day that I shall do [this], saith the Lord of hosts.

4:6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse (see verse 1).

The person who purports to be queen was, in fact, as proven above, never rightfully nor Lawfully the Sovereign/Crown. Therefore the Crown/Prosecution/Regina has NO authority to put the defendant on trial and the judge has NO authority to try him, because the judge’s authority comes from her.

In addition, without prejudice to the above, based on God’s Law that she swore to maintain to the utmost of her power (Exhibit 1) the “queen” is in breach of contract. She has amongst other things accumulated a large amount of personal wealth and done many other things that are expressly forbidden, some of which are listed above, and so she has breached her contract with God and the British-Israel people. Therefore, even if, which is not admitted, the “queen” was genuinely crowned, the breach of contract disqualifies her from sitting and renders null and void proceedings instituted in her name.

In addition and without prejudice to the above, ex-Prime Minister Tony Blair was found guilty of War Crimes, on 22nd of November 2011, by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC), in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. However, he has no authority to send British troops into combat. That authority lies solely with Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Battenberg (also know by the criminal aliases Windsor and QE2), thus she is also condemned and guilty of being a War Criminal. Please see the attached judgement. There is no sovereign immunity from War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity, as was proven in the case of Sadam Hussein. A convicted criminal cannot bring any charges against anyone.
In addition and without prejudice to the above, Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Battenberg is a convicted criminal who has been found guilty of Crimes against Humanity, by the International Common Law Court of Justice, sitting in Brussels, and sentenced on February 25, 2013 to 25 years in prison.

It is therefore of the utmost importance that Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Battenberg and the Sovereign’s Bible, that is kept in Lambeth Palace*, be arrested and present in court for my challenge to her jurisdiction and sovereignty to be heard before a jury, and for me to face my false-accuser, examine her and have her removed from the throne and imprisoned.

The Australian and New Zealand flags go back much further than the 200 years you probably are aware of. Their heraldic symbolism goes back 3,500 years; to the time of Moses and Joshua, the great Israelite (not Jewish) Military-Commanders.
Australasia, according to God's infallible Prophecies, is about to acquire a new Sovereign. That Sovereign according to Prophecy is going to be Christ in person wearing a new body from the Israelite tribe of Joseph/Ephraim (Genesis 49:10 & 22-24 Authorised Version)(Please see my "On The Way to Emmaus Again" Booklet.).
Now that there is going to be a referendum on a Republic of Australia because the "sun" is becoming darker; so that the "moon" does not reflect its light. The Prophecies are being fulfilled and are coming to the End. The new Australian head of state should be - Christ its TRUE King, if not then they will be punished (Luke 19:27).
Matthew 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the "sun" (British Throne - Psalm 89:36) be darkened, and the "moon" (Commonwealth) shall not give her light, and the "stars" shall fall from heaven, and the "powers of the heavens" shall be shaken:
The Australasians, at this point in time, HAVE TO lose respect for the "House of Windsor" but NOT their own flag in order for the famous ANZAC spirit to rise again and for them to swear allegiance to their King when the Sovereignty and Crown is overturned for the fourth and final time, as quoted from God by Ezekiel 21:27 :-
21:26 Thus saith the Lord "I AM"; Remove the diadem (sovereignty), and take off the crown: this [shall] not [be] the same: exalt [him that is] low (Line of Zarah), and abase [him that is] high (Line of Pharez).
21:27 I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no [more], [overturned] UNTIL he come whose Right it is; and I will give it [him - Shiloh/Christ (Genesis 49 v 10)].
The first "overturn" was from Jerusalem to Ireland; the second "overturn" was from Ireland to Scotland; the third "overturn" was from Scotland to England. The fourth and final "overturn" is when God takes the Sovereignty from the "House of Windsor" (Judah) and gives it to him whose Right it is (in a body from Ephraim), very soon. The Australian and New Zealand flags both contain the Union of Israel (Jack|ob - Genesis 32:28) in the top left-hand corner which belongs personally to Christ (Genesis 49:10) "To him shall the gathering (Union) of the people (twelve tribes of Israel/Jack) be."
Now when you look at the flags you will see why Australians must NEVER change their flag, as the forces of Darkness are fighting to make them do. The Australian and New Zealand Flags have the Southern CROSS on them in the form of Stars.
Directly beneath and therefore supporting the Union Jack on the Australian Flag is the Commonwealth Star that has seven points. Seven in Prophecy is the number representing completeness. Six of those points represent, with their twelve sides (two per point), the Star of David and the twelve tribes of Israel over which David was king. The seven points of the Commonwealth Star - David's with the added seventh point making it and the Commonwealth of Israel complete; as well as supposedly representing the federation of six states, with one point for all the territories; represents Christ united with the twelve tribes - as its true King, the King of kings' - the King of Israel. - JAH.
One point for one person fits better than one point for all the territories; numerically and sensibly. In any case one explanation does not need to negate the other, as they can be complimentary. The territories gathering together to Christ.
Prophecy also tells us that the Australasians (from the East first) will be the FIRST to heed the call and then they will call the others from West (U.S.A.) North (Canada) and South (Africa) to gather together to the King (Isaiah 43:5; Matthew 8:11; Luke 13:29; Deuteronomy 33:18-19 above) in Gibraltar.

43:10 Ye [are] My witnesses, saith the "I AM", and My servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe Me, and understand that I [am] He: before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me.
43:11 I, [even] I, [am] the "I AM"; and beside Me [there is] no Saviour.
43:12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have showed, when [there was] no strange [god] among you: therefore ye [are] My witnesses (Rev. 11), saith the "I AM", that I [am] God.
43:13 Yea, before the day [was] I [am] He; and [there is] none that can deliver out of My hand: I will work, and who can stop it? JAH
All Land Belongs To CHRIST
Just as happened 2000 years before, when he was rejected by the “House of Judah”, Christ was again rejected but this time by the other branch of Jacob-Israel’s children – the “House of Israel”.
This then condemned the “House of Israel”; who had by their rejection of Christ declared themselves to be Christ’s enemies, like the “House of Judah”; to be punished by God and turned into Christ’s footstool. That punishment involves defeat and slaughter of both “Houses” at Armageddon and their return to slavery again (Deut. 28:68) as they were in Egypt and later in Assyria and Babylon (soon) because they rejected The Covenant and God’s Laws and Christ’s Sovereignty.”
