media.
Across the preceding two years there had been one remarkable demonstration
after another, attracting at first tens, then hundreds, then thousands, then
hundreds of thousands of participants.
But if the nation's government manipulated mainstream media was to be
believed, they numbered only a few, and all were either nut jobs or conspiracy
theorists.
Nothing could have been further from the truth; but the protestors, from all walks
of life, were given no credit and no voice - until they found their own.”

Acting NSW police commissioner David Hudson flagged the scenario of his officers pulling up a young person driving a luxury sports car and questioning them as to how they came to be behind the wheel of such an expensive vehicle, as harsher NSW unexplained wealth laws were being spruiked.
Standing beside NSW premier Dominic Perrottet on 23 June, the senior police officer outlined that unexplained wealth laws currently confine the confiscation of property considered illegally obtained if a crime has first been committed and investigated by law enforcement.
Hudson told the press that while the new property seizure regime would still be reliant on a court order, the laws would allow police to get ahead of the game in terms of targeting individuals in relation to wealth they cannot readily explain away.
Prompted by a Labor unexplained wealth bill introduced that same day, Liberal Nationals ministers agreed to the proposal during an emergency cabinet meeting on 22 June, which not only included measures to seize civilian property but also laws to target the use of encrypted devices.
While the new laws, which will be introduced in spring, are being promoted as a means to target criminal networks and incapacitate them financially, civil liberties experts assert that too often than not those caught up by such laws aren’t crime bosses, but family members and even activists.
Prosecuting for profit
“NSW is starting a new ‘prosecute for profit’ system,” said Civil Liberties Australia (CLA) chief executive Bill Rowlings. “Basically, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) employs more prosecutors to target the families of criminals, instead of targeting crime.”
“When governments seize money, the innocent wife and kids can become destitute, without a home in some cases and with no access to family bank accounts,” he told Sydney Criminal Lawyers.
During the announcement of the law reform package, NSW police minister Paul Toole outlined that the new laws will permit police to target suspect individuals whose wealth appears to far exceed what’s set out in their tax returns.
According to Rowlings, an increasing focus on unexplained wealth laws is due to government profiteering from the seizure of criminal assets. And he pointed to former ACT attorney general Gordon Ramsay, who admitted to having put on extra DPP staff to specialise in such prosecutions.
“Perhaps Mr Perrottet could explain how taking someone’s money stops crime,” the civil liberties advocate quipped. “All it really does is encourage criminals to commit more crime to replace the money they think the government has stolen from them.”

Senate Passes ‘Bail In’ Law – How Safe Is Your Cash Now?

Few would know that very quietly on 14 February 2018, with just 7 senators present, the Financial Sector Legislation Amendment (Crisis Resolution Powers And Other Measures) Bill 2017 was passed into law on a voice vote. You likely saw no press on the matter and yet the ramifications for all Australians are potentially huge.
This is a very long and complicated piece of legislation but at its very core it brings Australia into line with the ‘Bail In’ agenda of the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) as agreed at the G20 here in Brisbane in 2014. ‘Bail In’ is about government not bailing out distressed institutions as we saw in the GFC using tax payer’s money, rather using the creditors of the bank to bail itself out.
The legislation allows our banking regulator APRA ‘crisis powers’ to secretly step in and run distressed banks. It allows APRA to then confiscate and write off certain types of bonds and hybrid securities and allows them to confiscate cash savings of SMSF’s. Whereas elsewhere around the world, including our neighbours New Zealand, they specifically include the confiscation of depositors’ funds (savings), the Aussie version just cleverly doesn’t specifically exclude that….
We’ve written many times of the fact that as a cash depositor in a bank you are simply an unsecured creditor of the bank. The government tries to make us all relaxed about that through their depositor guarantee scheme up to $250,000 per ADI (Authorise Deposit-taking Institution). There are traps within as one ADI includes all subsidiaries (like St George to Westpac or Bank West to CBA etc). There is also a $20b cap per ADI and that may not be enough to cover everyone in that ADI. The bigger the better is hence counterintuitive as there are more mouths to feed with that $20b. Timing is another thing. PPP’s Vern Gowdie wrote just this week about the fact that 90% of deposits are held by just 10% of our financial institutions, or 9 banks in number. They are the ‘too big to fail’s’ and leave 75 other institutions that wouldn’t cause the chaos of the big guys if it took a while to resolve. That is where the Financial Claims Scheme (FCS) comes in to play. From the RBA:

VICTORIAN GOVERNMENT WITHDRAWS INCITEMENT CHARGES
In a remarkable turnaround in the matter Crown v Millin, the Victorian Government has discontinued all Incitement Charges.

The following analysis of this event is Solihin Millin’s opinion only.
While this action by the Crown can be seen as a huge win for Millin (and us all) and a huge loss for the Crown, it has more subtle aspects.
Delivering important documents without sufficient notice in law to the other party is called in law an Ambush.
It is an attempt to force action without the other party having sufficient time to appropriately respond and thus it can give advantage to the issuing party.
In this case the Crown gave reasons for their actions ‘considered Mr Millin’s age (now 78 years old), his nil prior criminal convictions, his status as a pensioner and the likely sentence upon a finding of guilt, it is no longer in the public interest to prosecute these charges’.
What hogwash!
If this was the real reason, why did the Crown continue with other charges which were a direct result of Millin’s false arrest?
If Millin had accepted the Crown’s proposal the Crown could re-instate the charges at any future time.
And there would be no judgement of this matter Crown v Millin.
And potentially no cost and/or damages awarded to Millin.
I believe the Crown realise they have no evidence to support the Victorian Emergency which Millin has challenged, and are hiding this fact, which in essence is conspiracy to conceal evidence, and an attempt to pervert the course of Justice, very serious criminal charges indeed.
As a Minister of the Victorian Opposition recently publicly described as ‘a Cover Up’.
This is prima facie dishonest of the Crown.
The real reason for this discontinuance is that the Crown doesn’t have a case and the Victorian Emergency is Unlawful.

Corporation, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Pfizer Inc., has agreed to pay a $15 million penalty to resolve an investigation of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Mythili Raman of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and Assistant Director James W. McJunkin in charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office announced today. In a related matter, Pfizer Inc. and Wyeth LLC reached settlements today with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under which Pfizer Inc. agreed to pay more than $26.3 million in disgorgement of profits, including pre-judgment interest, to resolve concerns involving the conduct of its subsidiaries. Wyeth, which had been acquired by Pfizer Inc. in 2009, agreed to pay $18.8 million in disgorgement of profits, including pre-judgment interest, to resolve concerns involving the conduct of Wyeth subsidiaries.
As part of the resolution, the department today filed a two-count criminal information charging Pfizer H.C.P. with conspiracy and violations of the FCPA in connection with improper payments made to government officials, including publicly-employed regulators and health care professionals in Bulgaria, Croatia, Kazakhstan and Russia. The department and Pfizer H.C.P. agreed to resolve the investigation by entering into a deferred prosecution agreement. Both the information and the deferred prosecution agreement were filed today in the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia.

PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been used in several different drugs for years. Because of their effect on immune system balance, several studies have shown them to induce allergies and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, PEGylated lipid nanoparticles have been shown to trigger their own immune reactions, and to cause damage to the liver. 4. These new vaccines are additionally contaminated with aluminium, mercury, and possibly formaldehyde. The manufacturers have not yet disclosed what other toxins they contain. 5. Since viruses mutate frequently, the chance of any vaccine working for more than a year is unlikely. That is why the flu vaccine changes every year. Last year’s vaccine is no more valuable than last year’s newspaper. 6. Absolutely no long term safety studies will have been done to ensure that any of these vaccines don’t cause the cancer, seizures, heart disease, allergies, and autoimmune diseases seen with other vaccines. Michal Linial, PhD is a Professor of Biochemistry. Because of her research and forecasts on COVID-19, Dr. Linial has been widely quoted in the media. She recently stated, "I won't be taking it [the mRNA vaccine] immediately – probably not for at least the coming year. We have to wait and see whether it really works. We will have a safety profile for only a certain number of months, so if there is a long-term effect after two years, we cannot know." 9. In November 2020, The Washington Post reported on hesitancy among healthcare professionals in the United States to the mRNA vaccines, citing surveys which reported that: "some did not want to be in the first round, so they could wait and see if there are potential side effects", and that "doctors and nurses want more data before championing vaccines to end the pandemic." 10. Since the death rate from COVID resumed to the normal flu death rate way back in early September, the pandemic has been over since then. Therefore, at this point in time no vaccine is needed. The current scare tactics regarding "escalating cases" is based on a PCR test that because it exceeds 34 amplifications has a 100% false positive rate unless it is performed between the 3rd and 5th day after the first day of symptoms. It is there for 100% inaccurate in people with no symptoms. This is well established in the scientific literature. 11. The other reason you don’t need a vaccine for COVID-19 is that substantial herd immunity has already taken place in the United States. This is the primary reason for the end of the pandemic. 12. Unfortunately, you cannot completely trust what you hear from the media. They have consistently got it wrong for the past year. Since they are all supported by Big Pharma and the other entities selling the COVID vaccines, they are not going to be fully forthcoming when it comes to mRNA vaccines. I would be very interested to see verification that Bill and Melinda Gates with their entire family including grandchildren, Joe Biden and President Trump and their entire families, and Anthony Fauci and his entire family all get the vaccine. 14. Anyone who after reading all this still wants to get injected with the mRNA vaccine, should at the very least have their blood checked for COVID-19 antibodies. There is no need for a vaccine in persons already naturally immunized. Here's my bottom line: I would much rather get a COVID infection than get a COVID vaccine.
